For standard tours (private and small group), cancellations made at least 30 days prior to the tour date are eligible for a 100% refund or 100% future travel credit (less ticket, reservation, and applicable service fees). Cancellations made between 29 days and 48 hours prior to the tour date are eligible for a 50% refund or 50% future travel credit, less any ticket, reservation, and/or applicable service fees. All sales are final within 48 hours of the tour date. Venue tickets and reservation fees are non-refundable and non-transferable and cannot be used without a Context tour. In the event that you request a tour reschedule, Context will need to purchase and charge for new tickets/reservation fees.
TripsTravelDeal spends significant time organizing tours and reservations, and last-minute changes can cause operational disruption. Changes requested more than 30 days in advance may be made without charge (new ticket/service fees may still apply). Date/time changes within 29 days–48 hours are not guaranteed and incur a $50 fee per tour. Substantive changes within this period are treated as cancellations and subject to a 50% penalty. Within 48 hours, all sales are final and no changes can be made.
We understand unexpected travel disruptions occur. If your cancellation is due to unforeseen circumstances beyond your control, please contact our team at support@tripstraveldeal.com with documentation. We will do our best to honor requests made within 24 hours of booking.

a. We hereby grant you permission to use the Site as set forth in these Terms of Service provided that: (i) your use of the Site is solely for your personal use; (ii) you will not copy or distribute any part of the Site without TripsTravelDeal’s written authorization; (iii) you will not alter or modify any part of the Site other than as reasonably necessary for its intended use; and (iv) you will comply with all Terms of Service.
b. You agree not to: (a) overload the Site’s infrastructure; (b) use any device or software to interfere with proper functioning; (c) reverse engineer Site software; (d) delete or alter material posted by us or others; (e) violate any Site guidelines or policies.
c. You may register for an Account. Certain features require registration. You must provide accurate information and may not use a username intended to impersonate another, violate rights, or appear vulgar or offensive.
d. You are responsible for all activity under your Account and must keep your password secure. You may not use another person’s Account without permission. Notify us of any unauthorized use or security breach immediately.
a. By booking a reservation through the Site, you acknowledge and accept these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. You confirm you are at least 18 years old and legally authorized to make bookings for yourself or others.
b. You must provide accurate payment information. We use a third-party payment processor. We retain only card type, last 4 digits, and card name for convenience. We do not store full payment details. Fraud checks and authorization are performed by your card issuer and our processor, not by us.
c. You must have sufficient funds available. Confirmation emails will be sent after reservation. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel affected reservations.
d. Availability may change between your reservation and processing time. If the service becomes unavailable, we will notify you via email.
a. All tickets purchased for tours are non-refundable. Refunds, when applicable, may take up to 60 days. Tours run rain or shine. Late arrivals beyond 10 minutes (group tours) or 45 minutes (private tours) are treated as no-shows and are non-refundable.
b. You may cancel private or group tours up to 30 days prior for a 100% refund or credit (less non-refundable fees). From 30 days to 48 hours before the tour, cancellations receive a 50% refund (less applicable fees). Within 48 hours, all sales are final.
c. Exclusive Access Tours may be canceled up to 60 days prior for a full refund (less ticket and service fees). After that, all sales are final.
d. Israel and Jordan itineraries are fully non-refundable within 8 days of the scheduled service.
e. Audio Guides and Lectures are non-refundable.
f. “Unforeseeable events” occurring after booking allow rescheduling or credit if the request is made more than 48 hours before the service.
h. Changes requested more than 30 days in advance may be made without penalty (less fees). Within 29 days–48 hours, changes incur a $50 fee and are not guaranteed. Within 48 hours, no changes allowed.
We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations when necessary. If this occurs, we may provide a replacement service, credit, or refund.
a. You must ensure you are medically fit to participate. We will attempt reasonable accommodations but cannot guarantee availability. If undisclosed medical conditions prevent participation, we may cancel without refund.
b. You should not travel against medical advice.
a. Our guides may refuse participation if your behavior or condition endangers yourself or others. In such cases, no refund will be issued.
b. You are responsible for your conduct and that of your group. We may remove disruptive guests without refund.
c. We also expect guides to act responsibly and within local laws.
d. All advertising and site information is provided in good faith but may contain errors. Please verify details before booking.
The Site may contain links to third-party websites (“External Sites”). We are not responsible for their content, security, or accuracy. Access at your own risk.
a. You may post content provided it is not illegal, harmful, defamatory, or infringing. You may not upload viruses or spam.
b. Posting content grants TripsTravelDeal a perpetual, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use it in any media globally.
a. All Site content (other than User Content) is owned by TripsTravelDeal and protected by copyright and trademark laws.
b. Trademarks on the Site may not be used without prior written consent.
c. Materials provided during Services are copyrighted and may not be reused without permission.

c. Guides are independent contractors. We are not liable for their actions or omissions.

f. These limitations survive termination of this Agreement.
You agree to indemnify and defend TripsTravelDeal from claims arising from:

ii. Violation of laws or regulations
iii. Infringement of third-party rights
iv. Misuse of the Site
v. Negligence or misconduct
All Site content is provided “as is” without warranties. We disclaim all implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
These Terms are governed exclusively by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes shall be resolved in New York state or federal courts.
