To support smooth operations, reservation management, customer support, and administrative processes, certain service fees may apply in addition to your base rental rate. A non-refundable booking fee of $20 may be charged for each reservation. This fee helps cover reservation processing, platform maintenance, and end-to-end customer assistance.
A $25 modification fee applies when making changes to an existing reservation—such as adjusting pickup time, vehicle type, location, or rental duration. Any price difference resulting from the change will also be applied.

Adding an authorized additional driver may incur a charge of $15 per day. All additional drivers must meet the same eligibility and documentation requirements as the primary driver.
A fee of $30 per hour may apply if the vehicle is returned after the scheduled return time. Significant delays may result in an additional full-day rental charge.
Early pickup requests may be subject to a $20 fee and are dependent on vehicle availability. Early pickup must be arranged prior to your scheduled time.
Our standard fuel policy is “Full-to-Full.” If the vehicle is returned with less fuel than at pickup, a refueling charge of $5 per gallon will apply, along with a $15 service fee. To avoid these charges, please ensure the tank is refilled before returning the vehicle.
Optional equipment—including GPS devices, child seats, winter chains, or ski racks—may be rented for $10–$15 per day. Availability and pricing vary by location.
Rentals collected from airport facilities may incur an airport service fee ranging from $15 to $25, depending on airport guidelines and provider policies.
Optional roadside assistance is available for $20 per service call and covers minor incidents such as lockouts, battery jumps, and fuel delivery. Major mechanical issues are typically covered by the rental provider at no additional cost.
All tolls, parking charges, and traffic violations incurred during the rental period are the renter’s responsibility. If unpaid charges are processed later, administrative fees from the provider may also apply.
Payments not completed by the due date may incur a late payment service fee of $10–$20. Timely payments help avoid additional charges and ensure uninterrupted service.
State taxes, government surcharges, tourism fees, and other mandatory charges may apply based on your rental location. These fees will be clearly shown at checkout and included in your final cost.
A cleaning fee of $50–$100 may be charged if the vehicle is returned excessively dirty—such as with stains, mud, food spills, odors, or pet hair. Returning the vehicle in a reasonable condition helps avoid this fee.
Lost, broken, or unreturned keys—including smart keys and electronic fobs—may incur a replacement fee ranging from $75 to $150, depending on the vehicle model and key type.
