You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the booking process. All rentals are subject to vehicle availability, and pricing or policies may change without prior notice.
A reservation is deemed confirmed only when you receive an official confirmation email from TripsTravelDeal. This email summarizes your rental details, including pickup location, dates, vehicle type, and payment information. You are responsible for reviewing all booking details and notifying us immediately if corrections are required.
Unless otherwise specified, full payment is required at the time of booking. Accepted payment methods include major credit cards, debit cards, and supported online payment services. The cardholder must typically be present at pickup, unless the rental provider states otherwise. Additional charges—such as tolls, fuel discrepancies, damages, or optional add-ons—may be billed to your payment method after the rental ends.
The minimum age to rent a vehicle is generally 21. Drivers under the age of 25 may be subject to a young driver surcharge. Premium, luxury, or specialty vehicles may require older age minimums or additional verification.
Renters must present a valid government-issued driver’s license at the time of pickup. Temporary or paper licenses may require supporting identification. International renters may need a passport and/or an International Driving Permit (IDP) depending on state laws. Only authorized drivers listed on the rental agreement may operate the vehicle.
Your rental period begins when the vehicle is picked up and ends upon its return to the designated location. Rental durations are calculated in 24-hour increments. Late returns may incur hourly charges or a full additional day fee. Early returns do not guarantee partial refunds.
Most rentals follow a “Full-to-Full” policy. You must return the vehicle with a full tank of fuel. Failure to do so may result in additional refueling charges and service fees. Prepaid fuel options may be available at select locations.
You must inspect the vehicle before leaving the pickup location and report any existing damage. Undocumented damage may be attributed to you upon return. Vehicles must be returned in the same condition as received, allowing for normal wear and tear.
Vehicles may be used only for lawful purposes. Misuse—including off-road driving, racing, overloading, reckless operation, or unauthorized drivers—is strictly prohibited. Smoking in the vehicle is not allowed and may result in a cleaning or deodorizing fee. If optional coverage is declined, you may be held financially responsible for vehicle damage, theft, loss of use, towing, or third-party claims.
Cancellations, modifications, and refunds are governed by our Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy. Fees may apply depending on the timing of your request. Failure to cancel or modify your reservation prior to the pickup time may result in partial or full loss of payment.
Your rental may include government taxes, airport concession fees, environmental surcharges, and licensing fees. All mandatory charges will be displayed during checkout and itemized in your final receipt. Optional services—such as GPS devices, child seats, or additional drivers—may incur separate fees.
A reservation will be marked as a no-show if you fail to arrive at the designated pickup location and do not notify us in advance. No-show reservations are non-refundable and may be charged at the full rental amount.
You are responsible for any damages occurring during the rental period, including accidents, vandalism, tire or windshield damage, and interior spills or stains. You are also responsible for tolls, parking violations, citations, and associated administrative fees. If repair or violation costs exceed the security deposit, additional charges will apply.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which TripsTravelDeal operates. Disputes must first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, they may be settled through arbitration or the appropriate state court, depending on local regulations.
